Officials skills session opportunity
If you are an Official heading to the Upper South East Senior Supa Series (Keith), or are an Official in the area, you do not want to miss out on this opportunity to learn from an International Technical Official, current Bowls SA Officials Course Facilitator and Officials Committee member – Joan Prosser.
Joan, with the support of Brian Leckie and Gordan Stopp, both National Umpire and Bowls Australia Presenter and Assessor Officials, will run an Officials Skills Session at the Keith Bowling Club.
This session is an opportunity for current officials (markers, measures, and umpires) to come together to update current skills, understand best practice principles, seek advice, and discuss current issues, in a casual, hands on, and social setting.
Skills sessions are designed for an accredited official to gain some tips and tricks around marking a game, using the measuring equipment and getting clarification on rules that are you are not 100% sure on.
This FREE session will be held on Monday 15th November from 7pm, at the Keith Bowling Club, the venue of the Upper South East Senior Supa Series.
