The Officials Skills Session (Keith) is an opportunity for current officials (markers, measures, and umpires) to come together to update their current skills, ensure they understand officiating best practice principles, seek advice and discuss current issues with Bowls SA Course Facilitators and members of the Officials Committee members, Joan Prosser and Brian Leckie, in a casual, hands-on and social setting.
