Manager Game & Corporate Services – Louise McDermott
Louise’s role forms part of the Bowls SA leadership team and leads the focuses on ensuring the game is successfully governed and sustainable growth and development of the sport is delivered in SA via well managed events, pathways and opportunities so that all communities in SA have access to the game and the benefits it provides.
In conjunction with the CEO and Board, the role also assists with the sound financial management of the Association, support of the smooth running of the Association and provision of excellent customer service to members, via best-practice robust decision-making processes and effective risk management through all levels of the sport and organisation.
Game & Events Coordinator – Isaac Trenorden

Isaac’s role oversees new and existing events and competitions, including the planning, organisation, delivery and review of major state events, SA Super League and championships. He also manages several aspects of BowlsLink, the competitions management system used in competitions and events.
Marketing & Media Officer – Joe Schwab
Joe’s role aims to raise our profile and enhance our image to attract new social and competitive participants, manage our digital platforms (EDM, social media, livestreaming) and communications to the Bowls SA key stakeholders.
Manager Clubs & Governance – Sara Lane
Sara’s role forms part of the Bowls SA leadership team and leads the focus on ensuring that sustainable and viable clubs exist to serve all communities in SA in order that the game is available to everyone and to lead best-practice governance through all levels of the sport and organisation to ensure timely and robust decision-making processes and effective risk management.
Membership & Administration Officer – Lucy Tiller
Lucy’s role will be the first point of call for member queries in person, on the phone and via e-mail as well as maintaining the membership database and providing administrative support to the team. A big aspect of the role is training and assisting members to use the membership database.
Game & Events Officer – Daniella Cannavo
Daniella will provide assistance with new and existing events and competitions, including the planning, organisation, and delivery of major events and championships. This includes administering several aspects of BowlsLink, the competitions management system used in competitions and events. Other events she will support with include a Gala Awards Night, coaching and umpiring accreditation, and forums and training sessions.
