Bowls SA AGM

Please be advised that the Bowls SA Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 9^th September 2019, at Club Holdfast (583 Anzac Highway, Glenelg North) commencing at 1 pm.

The Annual Report, Order of Business and any supporting papers will be provided closer to the date.

AGENDA ITEMS AND NOTICES OF MOTION

All Agenda Items and Notices of Motion shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer and received by the Bowls SA Office by no later than 5 pm on the 10^th August 2019 by emailing reception@bowlssa.com.au or by mail to 583A Anzac Highway, Glenelg North 5045.

DELEGATES

Each Member Club may be represented by two (2) delegates at an AGM but each Member Club shall have only one vote. Each Member Club shall nominate its voting delegate in writing by emailing reception@bowlssa.com.au or to be received by mail to 583A Anzac Highway, Glenelg North 5045 by no later than 5 pm on the 25^th August 2019. Please click here to access a form to submit your nominated delegates.

BOARD NOMINATIONS

There are four Bowls SA Board Director positions up for re-election at the 2019 AGM. These positions are currently held by:

Heather Cowden-Tonkes                               Leith Gregurke

Wayne Prosser                                               Paul Zerella

If you would like to nominate for a Board Director Position, you can do so by completing the Nomination Form (found here). Each nomination for election for the Board shall be in writing and signed on behalf of the nominating Member Club by its Executive Officer or President and by the nominee.

Please forward the completed nomination form and a current CV to reception@bowlssa.com.au, or 583A Anzac Highway, Glenelg North 5045, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer by no later than 5 pm on the 10^th August 2019.

Information relating to the voting process (inclusive of postal and/or electronic voting processes) will be forwarded after the close of board nominations.
