Logging of Club’s Vaccination Policy

Member Clubs that choose to implement a COVID-19 Vaccination requirement at their facilities are required to log their status and policy with Bowls SA via the following form.

Member Clubs are required to provide a copy of your Club’s Board minutes where the decision was approved, as well as a copy of your Club’s Policy.
