Small club – a club with 80 or less full members at the time of the nominating. The winner of this award will be chosen based on meeting one or more of the following criteria, and will be at the sole discretion of the judging panel. Nominations should demonstrate and celebrate the club’s success in: • Demonstration of sound governance and business practices A strong governance structure, showing efficient and dynamic leadership and strong future planning • An innovative approach to marketing, participation programs or competition structures to support current and potential members, resulting in increase in members and/or engagement • A commitment to maintaining or improving facilities to a high standard. • A positive member of the wider community with inclusion and diversity programs which people of all ages, cultures and abilities can access • Made a significant contribution to the running/supporting of a Bowls SA events or the implementation of a Bowls SA initiative or program which contribute to the growth of the sport in a significant and identifiable manner. • On-green performance and membership numbers may be taken into account, however will be of secondary importance when determining the winner.
