by Marketing on April 16, 2023

Bowls SA Finals Week has kicked off with a bang, with the men’s and women’s State Pairs Champions crowned after a big two days of competition.

Yesterday saw the final 16 teams in both competitions face off at Torrensville, with C. Eichenberger (Berri)/C. Nicholls (Mt Barker), J. Kotz (Keith)/C. Greenslade (Riverton), M. Chandler (Moonta)/D. Dennis (Pt Broughton), and S. Maddern (Hahndorf)/J. Prosser (Hawthorn) all winning their way through to the semi-finals.

The four teams did battle this morning at Lockleys, with Kotz/Greenslade defeating Eichenberger/Nicholls by just one shot, while Madder/Prosser had a slightly more comfortable win over Chandler/Dennis, by four shots.

The class of Kotz/Greenslade was on full display in the final, as they claimed a 12-shot victory over Maddern/Prosser.
