Sara and Tom join Bowls SA team
The Bowls SA team welcomed two new members this week, with one of those being Sara Lane, who assumes the role of Sports Administration Officer and the other being Thomas Sharpe, in the role of Relationship Officer.
Sara has vast experience in the Sport & Recreation industry, and recently departed from a 10-year career at Adelaide University Sports as a club development co-ordinator, as well as holding previous roles with Minda and the Office for Recreation & Sport.
Sara is active in her local Surf Life Saving club in both administration as well as participating in the sport and has also undertaken additional education in leading teams and women in sport leadership classes.
Thomas also has a strong background in the Sport & Recreation industry, holding a Bachelor of Sport & Recreation Management.
He has worked in the industry for the last 10 years, with roles with the Adelaide Football Club, Adelaide United FC, Adelaide University Sports, while also being a SANFL goal umpire on the cusp of AFL status since 2015.
