SA Super League Coach & Selector announcements
The SA Super League is back for 2019 and we have our first announcement for the season which promises to build upon the successful launch which occurred in 2018.
Since the conclusion of the inaugural season work has been done behind the scenes to review and improve the processes of the competition. As well as a review of the competition overall, each of the eight franchise teams had a review and appointments have now been made for coaches and selectors of each team for the upcoming season.
The selector position has been formulated to assist each coach in identifying players with decisions on selections being made as a panel by the coach and selector.
There were three changes in coaches from the inaugural season with Brett Baldey (Club Holdfast) taking over the Western Rogues job from Mike Wildash, Richard Law (Payneham) coaching the Eastern Raiders in place of Steve Grant and Mark Denton (Ascot Park) now in charge of the Southern Blazers in place of Lynton Modra.
We thank those coaches not continuing on for their involvement in the inaugural season. A full list of coaches and selectors for each team can be found below. Keep your eyes on peeled as there will be weekly announcements from the SA Super League and how you can get involved for the 2019 season.
