ANNOUNCED: Open Women’s Team – National Championships
Bowls SA is today pleased to announce the Open Women’s Team, which will be representing South Australia at the upcoming Nationals event.
To be held in Perth, WA from October 15-18, at the Osborne Park Bowling Club, the state will send an experienced contingent of players for the Australian Sides Championships, including debutant Karlee Moffatt.
South Australian coach Beth Quinlan is confident her Open Women’s squad can perform at the top level across a four-day period, and improve on the two matches won in Tasmania in 2025.
“This year’s selection sees the return of former state representative Jodi Kotz and the inclusion of Karlee Moffatt for the first time,” she said.
“We are confident that these two players will add depth to the existing side of strong performing players.
The state selectors and I hold high expectations for the 2026 SA side, and with the addition of extra Test Matches being played, it should prepare our players for the main event.”
