Clarence Gardens BC – Club Coach – 20/21
COACH FOR SEASON 2020/2021
Clarence Gardens Bowling Club is seeking an experienced accredited Coach for the upcoming 2020/2021 Season.
Ideally the candidate will have playing experience in Division 2 or higher, possess excellent communication skills, have the desire to improve our club by utilizing practiced coaching skills, and have the ability to motivate members to broaden their skills, as well as being a good leader both on and off the rink and most important, being a true club person.
We are a small club, with a very innovated and hard-working committee, who will totally support the coach in his endeavours, currently fielding 3 Saturday sides and 3 Wednesday sides, have 3 excellent greens (1 synthetic Tiger Turf, and 2 tiff dwarf), and very impressive club rooms.
We also have an intense desire as a club to improve our standing in the Bowling Community, and progress to higher grades, whilst maintaining our excellent club culture.
The successful applicant will be responsible for;
- MANAGING AND IMPLEMENTING A SOUND COACHING STRATEGY.
- PROVIDING INDIVIDUAL, RINK AND GROUP COACHING.
- IMPLEMENTING TEAM STRATEGIES.
- MANAGING PENNANT TEAM TRAINING.
- BEING INVOLVED IN AND OVERSEEING TEAM SELECTIONS.
- PROVIDING REGULAR REPORTS TO THE BOARD.
- PLAY AND BE A LEADER IN OUR TOP RANKED SIDE.
