Bowls Development Plan in Full Swing
The Port Noarlunga Bowling Club has a clear Bowls Development strategy currently implemented at the club.
This has enabled the Club to apply for relative grants and in fact, be successful in receiving two.
One of Port Noarlunga Bowling Clubs grants helped fund the acquisition of 12 new sets of bowls, in smaller sizes, to specifically be used in School Programs.
Their second grant allowed them to acquire an Ipad, which will be used to aid their 10 volunteer coaches and their coaching skills. The coaches plan to technically analyse players’ deliveries, correcting any abnormalities through the use of clear footage and a large screen to provide feedback.
Their 10 coaches work with students, new bowlers and skilled bowlers to improve their clubs overall performance.
