Big day of pairs knockouts action

by Marketing on March 31, 2023

The serious end of the 2023 MGA Women’s Country Carnival continued today with pairs knockouts matches played at the Modbury Bowling Club.

The final 32 teams did battle on a busy day of bowls, with the semi-finalists locked in for Monday at Marion.

One semi-final on Monday will be an all-Berri affair, with K. Treloar/C. Nicholls set to take on clubmates C. Eichenberger/Y. Hollis.

The other semi will see the Ardrossan pair of P. McCarthy/P. Coombe face off against J. Kotz (Keith)/C. Greenslade (Riverton).

Tomorrow is a rest day for all players, before the action resumes on Sunday with singles knockouts, semi-finals and the final at the Salisbury Bowling Club.
