The second semi was delayed until the completion of Kotz’s fours commitments, which saw this match-up take place at 2pm. Kotz (Keith) faced Grace Moloney (Arthurton), with Kotz coming away victorious 25-21 to qualify for her second final of the day. The final of the singles couldn’t begin however until Robinson had completed her pairs duties. As such, the singles final got underway at 7pm. The game was very tight early, before Robinson (Milang) pulled away from Kotz (Keith) to take out the singles crown 25-15 to make it two wins out of three competitions for Region 7 – a feat achieved by Robinson this year in her first ever country carnival appearance.
