2020 Country Round Robin
Bowls SA is pleased to announce the team selections for the 2020 Men’s and Women’s Country Round Robin events to be staged from February 11 – 14, 2020.
The Country Round Robin is the premier country team event on the calendar with each region selecting their best players in attempt to claim the silverware. The events have been running for over 50 years and are always fiercely contested.
The Men’s event will again return to the Marion Bowling Club with defending champions Region 2 Yorke Peninsula looking to retain the trophy and boasting a strong outfit to do so. Check out the past champions by clicking here
The Women’s event will this year be held at the Lockleys Bowling Club. Region 1 South Eastern took home the trophy last year breaking a ten year drought and will be hoping that it’s a shorter time between drinks until they next lift the silverware. Check out the past champions by clicking here
Play will begin at 9am each day and we encourage all bowlers to come down and see the best bowlers the country has to offer.
