2 Teams From Adelaide Bowling Club Keep BPL Cup Dream Alive
The BPL Cup continued again last Friday night (28th August) at Torrensville Bowling Club. A sensational event under the roof saw 9 teams to battle in three sections of 3.
At the completion of the sectional matches, the three Section Winners – Brice (Torrensville), Boundy (Torrensville) and Higgins (Adelaide), were joined by next best second place team, Davidson (Adelaide) in the knockout matches to decide the two teams to progress to the next round of the BPL Cup.
The knockout matches played out as below:
Brice vs Higgins – 4-12, 6-3, 0-1 – Winner Higgins (Adelaide)
Boundy vs Davidson – 4-8, 6-6 – Winner Davidson (Adelaide)
