OFFICIALS

If you have a passion for the game, a cool head, and enjoy being up close to the action, you might find a very fulfilling experience as an official. Becoming an official is a great way to stay involved in the game you love, either at the grassroots level or within elite national and international competitions.

People who choose to become an official, do so for a variety of reasons, including – enjoyment of the game; to participate in the game; to learn the laws of Bowls, and to help their club or association

Officials who are accredited through the National Officiating Accreditation Scheme (NOAS) are recognised by Bowls Australia (BA), the STA and the Australian Sport Commission (ASC).
